Have you ever wondered if all the injustices in the world will ever be made right? I know I have. Sometimes the injustice may have been committed against us but there is hope in the near future; God will make all things right.
We thank you, O God!
We give thanks because you are near.
People everywhere tell of your wonderful deeds.
God says, “At the time I have planned,
I will bring justice against the wicked.
When the earth quakes and its people live in turmoil,
I am the one who keeps its foundations firm.”
The message in this chapter is clear. God will bring everyone into judgment over what they have done, including you and I. Satan, the accuser, is constantly bringing charges against God’s children. But there is a promise for all those who have placed their trust in Jesus:
“Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.”
Though we experience tests and trials, we can overcome through the power of Christ and His love for us.
